Processing Your Order

 

We process orders from Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. If for any reason we are short of stock and are unable to fulfill your order, we will contact you via email or telephone to confirm whether you would like an alternative product, a refund or to hold the order until new stock arrives.

 

We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order if we have reason to believe that the order is fraudulent, or we are unable to contact you due to invalid contact details.

 

 

Returns

 

We are happy to refund you for your order should you change your mind within 24 hours of receipt. Please note that we will only refund for items that are unopened and in their original packaging. We will not reimburse you for any payments made for postage and packaging. Returns should be sent with a tracking reference or proof of postage.

 

You must inform us within two days if your order has been lost or damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. Any damages must be supported by photographic evidence to forward on to the relevant parties, within 2 days of receiving.  Please quote your order number in all correspondence and forward all details to sweetparadise2000@hotmail.co.uk.

We do not keep any contact details or payment details after your order has completed, unless you have chosen to create an account with us.
